We are excited to announce two new shows!
Good things come and go with the Ayamba LitCast podcast lineup, no stranger to the natural order of things. Change is upon us once more, and while we’ve said goodbye to a few shows during the past year, it is our pleasure to announce two new ones coming soon.
New Shows
The Shorttales Club
Greetings everyone, and welcome to The Shorttales Club! In this podcast, we join Oz and her fellow bedroom critics as they read, think and discuss short stories from around the world and across different genres. The band of merry ramblers have only one rule, to cover tales that are not more than 5,000 words in length. Why, you ask? Well you’ll just have to ask them yourself.
The show will feature a variety of guests from different walks of life, so prepare for different takes on new and old stories. There may even be a famous author or two among them.
If you would like to recommend tales or just show your support for the show, you can find the podcast on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram @theshorttalesclub. Or send an email to tstc@ayambalitcast.com.
The Shorttales Club airs on September 22nd and subsequently will be brought to you every 2nd and 4th Thursdays of the month. So mark the date and prepare for a hilarious time with Oz and friends.
Lyfeblerd
Rejoice comic book fans as Ayamba LitCast finally brings us into the fold. Lyfeblerd is a podcast about manga, light novels, manhwa and other associated media. So if you’re a fan of pop culture (particularly Japanese), this one is for you.
Join Cryptte as he geeks out on his favourite books, reviews cult classics, delves into the world of geekdom, and figures out what makes these stories so compelling. All this and more alongside the occasional guest.
The first episode goes live on August 25th, with others following a bi-weekly schedule, so you only have one day to wait. Be sure to make room in your playlist.
Returning Shows
The Rave: Live, Love, Grow
Micheal Olaniyi returns with the second season of The Rave, a fresh coat of paint and more Jingoza. For those new to the show, every month, our host talks about the intricacies of life, sharing his own experience navigating these unpredictable waters. The Rave: Live, Love, Grow will expand upon this, getting even more personal and discovering newer ways to become the best version of ourselves.

For our young adult listeners out there, this season is especially for you. So be sure to tune in this Saturday, September 27th as the first episode airs.
Well that’s all for now folks. We hope you delight in these podcasts as much as we do! See you next time.
