It’s here, anniversary day, and we at Ayamba LitCast are honoured to mark another year with you, our beloved community.
To celebrate, we’ve prepared a few things we hope you will like. And to kick things off, here are our Anniversary Contest winners:

We would like to thank our team of talented judges for fulfilling their task of finding the best submissions. While we received many essays about rebirth, our top picks were selected for their ability to take us on a journey of discovery, portray growth and inspire hope in the future.
To all five of our shortlisted writers, their pieces will be featured in our anniversary audiobook in the coming year. For those who did not make the cut, we appreciate your efforts and will be rooting for you next year.

Speaking of audiobooks, as promised, we have compiled the shortlisted poems from 2020’s Anniversary Contest in one package for all you audiophiles. Here’s a quick refresher:

Published under the new podcast series, Our Collective Thoughts, our Anniversary Contest will now serve as specials once a year. Throughout the rest of the year, we will continue to release podcast episodes under the Our Collective Thoughts’ name.

A New Dawn Awakens
It has been another difficult year but we made it through. We are proud of our scars because they’ve made us stronger. We’ve remodelled our dreams, reaffirmed affirmations and are prepared to excel.
